Production Assembly Line Worker

Job Description

AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The responsibilities are to produce quality rubber products
  • To have a thorough working knowledge of the OMNI Quality Program.
  • Identify and record any nonconformance.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
  • Verify the correction of nonconforming items.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Cut and place raw rubber into the cart. 2. Load cut rubber from the cart into the mill. 3. Place weighed prep from the scale into the lift table. 4. Operate winch to pull molds in and out of the press. 5. Help press operator trim flash off of the finished product. 6. Maintains a clean area.
