Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new team members
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement training programs for team members
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure a positive work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess potential candidates
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ability to manage stock levels
• Experience in training development and implementation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and sales reporting purposes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
