Up to $17/hour If you're dependable, hands-on, and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to grow your career! 🔧 What You'll Do As a Paint Line Worker, you will support the paint process from start to finish by: Prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts onto the conveyor line Inspecting parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met Identifying defects such as rust, scratches, overspray, or missing components Performing basic touch-ups and rework as needed Following all safety guidelines and quality procedures ✅ What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (required) 6+ months of manufacturing, general labor, or paint line experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable using hand tools and basic computer functions Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude 💪 Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs Repetitive hand and arm movements Reaching overhead and below shoulder level 🏭 Work Environment Manufacturing shop environment with temperature changes Exposure to loud noise (hearing protection required) ⭐ Why Join Us?
