What You Will Do:

As a Light Assembler & Packer, you will use basic tools to put together small components and package finished products so they are ready to ship.

+ Assemble metal, plastic, or composite parts using basic hand tools and rivet guns .

+ Follow easy-to-read diagrams and work instructions to align parts perfectly.

+ Pack completed products into boxes and label them accurately.

+ Stack finished boxes onto pallets and secure them using shrink wrap.

+ Rotate between different assembly and packing stations to keep the day moving fast.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

At least 6 months of manufacturing, packing, or assembly experience. +

Skills:

Experience using basic hand and power tools (rivet gun experience is a plus!). +

Reliability:

A rock-solid history of good attendance and arriving on time. +

Mindset:
