Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sheet Metal Assembler to become a key member of our Woodstock, IL facility. If you possess a strong aptitude for metal fabrication and meticulous attention to detail, this position offers the perfect opportunity to contribute to our high-precision production standards. Key Duties Construct sheet metal parts by strictly following provided blueprints and technical specifications. Operate a variety of manual and electric tools to successfully execute assembly requirements. Verify the quality and precision of completed items to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. Work alongside colleagues to streamline production processes and help the team meet project deadlines. Keep your work area tidy and orderly while helping maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Communicate any production errors or inconsistencies to management immediately. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or GED; vocational metalworking education is advantageous. Prior background in sheet metal fabrication or a comparable industrial role. Exceptional focus on detail and the capacity to execute exact directives. Skilled in the secure and efficient operation of various power and hand tools. Competency in analyzing and understanding technical diagrams and blueprints. Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
