CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. mills and lathes, contributing directly to high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate
HAAS CNC
mills and lathes to produce precision components to specification Load programs, set work offsets, and verify tooling before production runs Utilize Renishaw probing systems and tool setters for accurate setup and tool measurement Monitor machining operations and make minor offset adjustments to maintain part quality Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a team-focused manufacturing environment Qualifications Experience operating or setting up CNC mills or lathes (HAAS experience preferred) Familiarity with Renishaw probing systems or automatic tool setters a strong plus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience with tool offsets, and work offsets preferred Ability to work independently and maintain consistent production quality Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience a plus Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing high-quality parts Self-motivated and able to keep machines running efficiently Comfortable working with modern CNC controls and probing systems Interested in growing their skills within a precision manufacturing environment We value reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn as much as prior CNC experience. $22- $32 Hourly, competitive, based on experience.
