Job description:

Leaders Staffing is seeking for a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers with hydraulic hose and fitting solutions while providing outstanding service and technical support.

Note:

This position is on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) . Training will take place on 1st shift for several months to ensure a successful transition into the role. Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with hydraulic hose, fitting, and parts needs Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend effective solutions Build, repair, and assemble hydraulic hose assemblies Accurately use calipers, tape measures, and basic hand tools Process orders and sales transactions Maintain inventory and keep the work area organized and safe Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic Customer service or counter sales experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and use calipers accurately Basic math skills, including fractions and measurement calculations Ability to effectively troubleshoot customer needs and identify solutions Experience in hydraulics, industrial parts, manufacturing, maintenance, automotive parts, or equipment repair is a plus Keywords Hydraulic Hoses, Hydraulic Fittings, Counter Sales, Parts Sales, Customer Service, Mechanical Aptitude, Troubleshooting, Industrial Parts, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Equipment Repair, Calipers, Tape Measure, Fractions, Industrial Distribution This Role Offers...
