Job Description
Quality Surfaces fabricates solid surface, stone, and laminate countertops. We're looking for a Solid Surface Fabricator to join our shop and produce clean, precise work. Whether you're an experienced craftsman or someone eager to learn the trade, there's a path here to grow your skills and your pay. Key Responsibilities Fabricate solid surface material (Corian and similar) from shop drawings and specs. Cut, rout, seam, sand, and build up edges to a finished quality. Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow shop standards. Qualifications Experience fabricating solid surface, stone, or laminate is a strong plus—but we'll train the right detail-oriented person. Comfortable reading shop drawings and working to precise measurements. Strong attention to detail and good hand skills. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Pay & Growth Beginners typically start at $17-$19/hour while learning the trade. Skilled craftsmen earn $20+/hour. Machine operators can earn even more. Fabricators who can run CNC and machinery command higher pay—we reward technical skill. Benefits 401(k) with matching
