• Experience in a hands-on, trade, manufacturing, or lab-based environment (fabrication, construction, automotive, dental lab, or similar fields a plus)
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment in any professional or vocational capacity
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions in a technical or production setting
• Willingness to learn, orthotic and prosthetic fabrication concepts
• Proven track record of reliability and accountability in a professional or vocational setting
