Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.

Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Assembly Experience Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.

Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
