3:00pm-1:30am Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality metal assembly solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on work in a collaborative environment, with potential for growth within the automotive industry. Don't miss this potential to hire opportunity for an Assembler in Monroe, WI. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material to accurately assemble components
  • Gather, position, and fasten metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners
  • Operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools safely and effectively
  • Report any product or equipment issues to the department lead promptly
  • Assist in the assembly of metal products either at a workbench or on the shop floor
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all tasks
Assembler Requirements:
  • Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints and assembly documentation
  • Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds without assistance
  • Capable of safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools and machinery
  • Strong adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE
  • PPE required includes steel toe boots (employee-provided), safety glasses, bump cap, ear plugs, face shield, hard hat, leather gloves, sleeves, welding hood, and welding leathers
  • Work is on-site in an automotive industry environment
  • 40-hour workweek with potential for mandatory overtime
