This role offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive the success of our production line. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components, reading schematics and blueprints, and ensuring that each product meets strict quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble products according to specifications. Use fabrication techniques including welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication equipment to create or modify parts as needed. Conduct quality checks with precision measuring instruments to ensure all assembled products meet quality standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to handle materials safely and efficiently within the production area. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools, fabrication machinery, and heavy equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, documenting assembly progress and reporting any issues or defects promptly. Requirements Proven experience with assembly processes in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of fabrication techniques including welding, soldering, machining, and the use of fabrication tools.. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes. Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures.
