Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Nozzler Assembler to join our team in the Shrewsbury, MA area. This position requires the same skill set commonly used in a Piezo assembly environment, including precision assembly, UV gluing, microscope work, and careful handling of small components. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, steady hand skills, and the ability to work accurately while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small, precision components according to established procedures and specifications.
• Perform UV gluing and curing processes accurately and consistently.
• Use a microscope to inspect, align, and assemble delicate components.
• Follow technical instructions, drawings, and quality guidelines.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, misalignment, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate and consistent production work while meeting daily goals.
• Handle small components carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate quality concerns or production issues to the appropriate team member.
• Support additional assembly tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Previous experience in Piezo assembly, precision assembly, medical device assembly, electronics assembly, or a similar environment preferred.
• Experience with UV gluing is required or strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with a microscope.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive, precision-based tasks.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment.
• Willingness to complete the temporary assignment with the opportunity for permanent employment. Compensation and Opportunity
