Responsibilities Label, assemble, and package cosmetic, perfume, and candle products Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and presentation Identify and report any product defects or assembly errors Follow established assembly and packaging procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production goals while ensuring quality standards are maintained Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production or assembly environment Strong attention to detail and ability to identify mistakes or product issues Comfortable working around perfume, makeup, and fragrance scents throughout the workday Ability to sit for extended periods of time Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time each day Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are required Previous assembly or production experience is a plus, but not required
