This role involves assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing procedures. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining efficient production flow, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion of orders. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are highly valued. Responsibilities Assemble components accurately according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documents. Operate packaging equipment efficiently to prepare finished products for shipment while maintaining quality standards. Interpret production documents, schematics, and work instructions to ensure correct assembly and packaging processes. Conduct minor troubleshooting on industrial equipment and packaging machinery to minimize downtime. Perform heavy lifting as required, following proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety regulations. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of assembly, packaging, and finishing Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking materials and finished goods within the warehouse operations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality control measures. Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred, especially within regulated environments Familiarity with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation interpretation. Experience operating packaging equipment and materials handling Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks. Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting techniques and safety protocol adherence. Previous experience in warehouse operations or industrial assembly lines is beneficial.
