Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as an Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the light assembly of small-profile battery packs used in a variety of innovative applications. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. We will provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in this role. Job Description Assemble small battery components with precision and care Basic spot welding, soldering of wires and connecting tabs, and heat shrink. Glue packs together and apply labels. Some circuit board applications. Use of basic tools such as wire strippers, soldering iron, and crimper tools. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards. Use hand tools to complete tasks. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with small parts in a seated or standing position. Prior experience in light assembly or electronics is preferred, but not required. Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and reliability.
