Job Description
Job Title:
3rd Shift - Assembler Job Description As an Assembler, you will perform basic assembly and machine loading of materials for printed circuit board technology. You will be responsible for the basic set-up and operation of automated solder machines to ensure they meet quality standards. Responsibilities Demonstrate basic assembly ability with Through-Hole Pin Connectors. Set-up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills. Recognize and interpret customer/EBWE prints, WI's/VA's, and materials documentation. Apply enhanced IPC inspection knowledge for part placements, solder inspection, reflow, through hole, and handle Printed Circuit Board/Component damage, as well as Final Assembly Inspection. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills General labor skills. Soldering experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level positions. Strong computer skills and knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications GED or High School Diploma. Preferred experience in manufacturing or production. Ability to stand for 10 hours straight. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
