About the Role As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production team by transforming raw materials into high-quality metal door systems. You will utilize your technical expertise in welding and blueprint interpretation to ensure every assembly meets rigorous structural standards, directly contributing to the durability and reliability of our finished products. Responsibilities Interpret complex technical drawings and schematics to guide precise fabrication and assembly processes. Execute high-quality MIG and TIG welding to construct robust metal doors and frames. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify structural integrity and dimensional accuracy of all components. Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline production workflows and maintain clear communication. Uphold a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and workstation cleanliness to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. Physical capability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, and stooping throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Minimum of one year of professional welding experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues independently.
