Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Line Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and packaging eggs to ensure quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with a team, and can handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Sort and inspect eggs for quality and defects Package eggs according to company standards Label and prepare cartons for shipment Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Meet daily production goals Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks Attention to detail Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow instructions and safety rules Prior packing or food-handling experience is a plus, but not required Cannot own or come into contact with birds or cattle Working Conditions Production/warehouse environment Involve weekends and holidays Temperature-controlled facility setting Benefits (if applicable) Competitive pay Training provided Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Apply in person at 7564 Pigeon Rd., Pigeon, MI 48755, or contact HR at (989) 453-2472.
