  • Saturday and Sunday only
  • WEEKEND WORK ONLY. NO Monday thru Friday
  • Overtime may be required to complete assigned tasks.
CRITERIA

Assessment must be completely and pass PRIOR to shortlisting of resumes. Hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and hearing protection will be provided. CW must have steel toe or composite toe safety shoes/boots. Must wear jeans or cargo pants. No sweatpants or leggings. Perform visual inspection of finished parts for defects. Perform minor finishing and basic assembly operations. Required to perform all duties in a safe, efficient manner. Accurately record data into plant's electronic database systems. Problem solves alone, and with others, to resolve equipment problems. May use rulers, clippers and other similar small tools to complete assigned inspection/task. Read standard operating instructions to familiarize self with operating and safety procedures. Able to wear and utilize all personal protective equipment (PPE) specified by the organization. Perform safety and quality check of assigned equipment on a routine basis and actively participates and supports the safety program. Support efficient movement of materials from inspection/assembly lines to staging area for transfer to warehouse. Complete equipment changeover operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity are maintained. Maintains housekeeping standards Forklift usage Must possess acute visual acuity, attention to detail and organizational acumen. May train other personnel on unit operations within the department.

Must haves:

Candidates must have a least 1 year of experience driving a hi-low (forklift). (Required) Must possess a solid work history exhibiting jobs of 1 years in length. Will not consider a succession of short-term roles. Must be capable of lifting 30 lbs. and have the patience to sit for extended periods of time while performing job tasks. Must have a functional knowledge of English, both spoken and written, basic math skills and experience using measurement tools, i.e. rulers, gauges, etc.

$20.00
