Job Function:

Assemble custom products according to specifications and work instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. Prepare parts and materials for painting, including cleaning, masking, and hanging components. Operate powder coating equipment to apply high-quality finishes on metal components. Inspect products for quality, appearance, and compliance with company standards. Perform routine maintenance on spray guns, booths, and coating equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Follow all safety procedures and quality control guidelines. Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. You'll get out of this position everything you put into it. The sky's the limit if you reach for it! First Shift Available! 6am-2:30p M-F.. A Work/Life Balance is our goal. But, for those who want it, Overtime is Available!
