Shakopee, MN Job Details Full-time $24 - $28 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits AD&D insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description PowerPusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., is looking for a motivated Assembler to join our production team in Shakopee, Minnesota. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that builds innovative equipment used by some of the world's leading companies. The position is a new, full-time role on first shift (7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.) and offers a pay range of $24-$28 per hour , plus bonus eligibility. At PowerPusher, we design and manufacture material-handling equipment that helps reduce workplace injuries and improve safety around the globe. Our equipment is trusted by companies such as Boeing, Caterpillar, John Deere, Merck, the United States Air Force, 3M, and General Motors. Unlike traditional assembly jobs, approximately 85% of our work is custom-built, which means you'll work on a variety of exciting projects rather than repetitive, high-volume production. What You'll Do Assemble equipment using work instructions, assembly prints, and specialized tools. Build and sub-assemble components used in larger production units. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete daily assembly tasks. Inspect products and perform quality checks to ensure equipment functions properly. Help maintain inventory accuracy by restocking parts and communicating shortages. Maintain records and documentation related to production activities. Work closely with teammates to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality products. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed to move materials and equipment. What We're Looking For Experience using tools and machinery in an assembly, mechanical, or light industrial environment. Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED required. Mechanical or light industrial assembly experience is preferred. Why Join PowerPusher?
