Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Team Members in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. Monday-Thursday, overtime on Friday as needed 5:00am - 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and production orders Measure, align, and fasten components accurately Inspect finished products for quality and proper assembly Meet daily production and quality expectations Follow all company safety procedures Assist in other production areas as needed

Skills and Experience:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools is helpful Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
