As an Assembler , you will assemble metal products, partially or completely, working at a bench or on the shop floor. Hours are Monday- Friday, 7 am- 3:30 pm.
What You'll Do:
Assemble products by fastening parts together using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners Operate hand tools or portable power tools to assist in the assembly operation Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and/or following blueprints Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts Frequent standing, lifting, and moving materials up to 50 lbs. Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in calibration of final units and other electronic, electrical, or mechanical assemblies Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read simple blueprints Ability to follow directions and have attention to details
