Responsibilities Providing quality automotive window film installation per Eastman's best practices

Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality

Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed

Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes

Qualifications High School Diploma is required

Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
