Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging / Line Workers to support high-speed manufacturing and production operations. This role involves working on automated and manual packaging lines to ensure products are safely packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and support high-speed production and packaging equipment Package finished goods according to specifications (labeling, boxing, palletizing) Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency Load and unload materials onto production lines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements Assist with basic machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeovers Meet daily production goals and work efficiently as part of a team Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors These duties align with typical manufacturing and packaging roles, which involve running production lines, maintaining safety/quality standards, and supporting automated equipment operations. Requirements Must have steel toe shoes Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working around machinery and automated systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility setting Exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Team-oriented, safety-focused environment with emphasis on productivity and quality Additional Information This is not an immediate hire; candidates will be considered for future openings as they become available Opportunities for growth into advanced manufacturing or technical roles may be available over time #ILN123
Pay:
$17.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 48.0 per week
