Summary of Position Coil Assemblers assemble finished as required working from drawings and specification sheets. Coil Assemblers pick up coils, put the required end gear on, and stand them with the up-ender. They then straighten spacers and cold press the coils with the hydraulic press. They then load the coils into the ovens for a predetermined amount of time. They then hot press the coils and when ready load the coils into the core oven.
