We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician who will be a part of every aspect of the product's development. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the development and launch of core product features. Our vertically integrated company, including operations and engineering staff, are experienced veterans in providing low-power, lightweight solutions for capturing imagery across the spectrum. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and document assembly procedures
• Perform cleanroom assembly of optical systems
• Execute precision bonding of optical and mechanical components
• Interpret engineering drawings and work under engineering direction
• Perform cable routing and electro-mechanical assembly
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical failures
• Provide feedback for producibility/serviceability The ideal candidate is clearly passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products.

A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and strong communication skills are absolute requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated documentation / organizational skills Preferred qualifications:
• AS/AA in Engineering or Physics
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
