Key Responsibilities:
Deburr rotors and other hardware prior to assembly. Perform assembly operations according to written work instructions and established procedures. Safely and effectively operate air tools and other required hand tools. Inspect components and completed work to ensure they meet quality requirements. Accurately complete required quality and production documentation. Follow established safety procedures and safe work practices in accordance with company training requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Identify and report quality, equipment, or process issues to the appropriate personnel. Perform other related manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical assembly processes. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions. Ability to safely operate air tools and basic hand tools. Ability to understand and follow workplace safety procedures. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous factory, manufacturing, or industrial experience is preferred. Previous experience with mechanical assembly or production equipment is a plus. RE-R1 #IND2
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
