12 Month Contract Job Summary Perform straightforward, repetitive manual assembly tasks on medium

•to large-sized components while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This role supports production operations through accurate assembly and adherence to established work procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform manual assembly of medium

•and large-sized components. Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements. Ensure proper fit, alignment, and completion of assembled parts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect assembled components for quality and report issues as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Ability to perform repetitive manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment. Familiarity with manual assembly processes and procedures. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and strong work ethic.
