You will become familiar with all tools and equipment essential for the final assembly of generators. Imagine mastering the intricacies of rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other components that come together to create efficient power generation systems. Your hands-on experience will be vital in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. How You'll Make an Impact Attain skills in rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other generator components. Utilize your proficiency with shop tools, including grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches, to select the optimal tool for each task. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, contributing to the assembly process effectively. Employ precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy in your work. Complete simple forms and perform basic math tasks to support assembly documentation. What You Bring A high school education or equivalent is required. Ideally, you have 4 or years of industrial-mechanical experience. Proficiency with various shop tools and the ability to choose the right tool for the job. Capability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to , write, and complete simple forms, along with basic math skills. Successful candidates must pass hearing and vision tests. You must be able to obtain a fork truck and crane license.
