Full Job Description Role Overview:
Join a specialized Orthopedic Care Unit as a Registered Nurse, providing care for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment, focusing on patient recovery and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Care for patients with orthopedic procedures, trauma, fractures, and related conditions. Build meaningful patient relationships during their recovery journey. Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team members. Support patient education and facilitate smooth recovery processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state. One year of relevant nursing experience preferred. Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
Additional Details:
