Job Description

American Equipment HR LLC Careers, operating as AmQuip Crane Rental, is seeking a Synthetics Fabricator to build high quality synthetic rigging products that support crane and lifting operations for construction and industrial projects. In this safety focused, team oriented role, you will cut, sew, splice, and assemble synthetic slings and lifting components to precise specifications, inspect materials for defects, and maintain detailed documentation. You'll collaborate closely with crane and field teams, follow stringent safety standards, and gain hands on experience with advanced lifting solutions and technical training. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble synthetic slings, straps, and lifting components to specification Interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and work orders accurately Operate cutting, sewing, splicing, and finishing equipment safely Inspect materials and finished products for defects and compliance with safety standards Maintain tools, equipment, and work area to company safety and housekeeping standards Document production, inspections, and traceability information accurately Collaborate with crane, rigging, and project teams to meet job requirements and deadlines Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures Required Skills Synthetic sling and rigging fabrication Industrial sewing and splicing Blueprints and fabrication drawings reading Measurement and material layout Quality control and product inspection Use of cutting and finishing tools Basic rigging and lifting knowledge Safety and OSHA compliance Production documentation and traceability Hand and power tool operation
