Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable candidate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No experience is necessary, we are willing to train candidates that are willing to learn. This role involves assembling channel letters and other signage components, ensuring quality and precision in every piece produced. Responsibilities Assemble channel letter signs using various hand tools and power tools, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with team members on the assembly to meet production goals efficiently. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process. Requirements No prior experience is required . We are willing to teach candidates that are willing to learn. Ability to work consistently, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail. Must be able to lift materials and stand for extended periods during shifts. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
