Achieve more with VOLT Volt is immediately hiring for Assembler in Monroe, NC Competitive Pay Climate Controlled Job Advancement Long Term Assignment As a n Assembler you will: Assemble and/or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization. Day to Day Responsibilities Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun. Maintain inventory of products in workstations May perform machine operation or use various testing systems; makes minor adjustments per instructions Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures Perform quality work checks to ensure the components and/or products meet quality standards This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications High School diploma/GED or higher Be able to sit or stand in a controlled environment Attention to detail Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Use of assembly power tools in the work area Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Rate:
