POSITION PURPOSE

This position requires completing any assigned task in a timely manner and to the quality expectations of both the customer and the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS

Complete training requirements for skill level advancement in a timely manner; in assembly and stores area Ensure that assembly instructions and processes are followed Ensure that all assembly and quality paperwork is filled out completely Perform product testing as required Ensure that quality standards are met for all product assembled Use the proper hand tools and equipment to assemble product Adhere to company Health and Safety procedures Comply with all rules and regulations set in place Maintain good standards of communication with all Goodridge employees Understand, cooperate and comply with plans and objectives as directed by the management team Maintain a clean and organized work area; maintain equipment Perform other tasks as required, help in other departments when needed

) High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years in related field Ability to perform basic mathematical equations Ability to read & understand measurements Ability to read & understand drawings Basic understanding of fabrication Mechanically inclined Ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and coworkers Ability to create and maintain record retention and retrieval systems appropriate for position Willingness to learn
