Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Composite Technician to join our team. This role is focused on the critical final stages of high-performance carbon fiber manufacturing, final fitment, and structural restoration. You will be responsible for cured carbon fiber components and bringing them to a flawless final finish for both elite motorsport projects and premium street car applications. This role focuses on reading technical specifications to deliver high-quality work from the start and managing rapid structural crash repairs under tight turnaround constraints to support active racing and demanding in-house and client schedules. This is not an entry-level position. Proven, hands-on experience working with advanced composites (carbon fiber/prepregs) in a professional automotive, aftermarket, or motorsport environment is required.
