QUALIFICATIONS
You have a high school diploma or equivalent is required while an associate degree or relevant manufacturing certification is preferred. Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical challenges. Also, you have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with confidence. Proven capability to diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical machinery. Comfortable performing basic computer tasks and navigating standard software.
