Laser/optical assembly experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods Basic reading and math skills Attention to detail 3.0 Job requirements Must be analytical, observant, patient and communicative when it comes to the precise nature of their work. Responsible to ensure that products perform their proposed functions in a satisfactory manner. Responsible for setting up, carrying out and reporting of experiments, troubleshooting, and manufacturing testing of medical device products. Responsible for assembling and light manufacturing. Responsible for testing products and prototype devices. Responsible to monitor and manipulate the instruments and processes being used to test medical device products. These tasks can include assembling, calibrating, improving and performing maintenance on test equipment. Completes assigned test/repair related tasks Performs device testing to verify its quality Labels and pack the completed products Maintains a clean work area Works well in a team environment and as an individual contributor Has the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company 4.0 Warehouse & Inventory Management Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips/POs, and report discrepancies or damage. Stock and label materials in assigned locations; maintain FIFO practices where applicable. Pick/kitting parts for production work orders; verify correct part numbers, revisions, and quantities. Perform cycle counts and support periodic inventory counts; help maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/spreadsheets.
Support shipping activities:
pack outgoing shipments, attach labels, and ensure documentation is included as required. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; support storage optimization and layout improvements. Follow ESD and handling requirements for sensitive components, including cleanliness and traceability expectations. 5.0 Core Competencies Quality mindset: recognizes defects, prevents mix-ups, and escalates issues appropriately.
