What You'll Do:
Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components. Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision. Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis. Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets. Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.). Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For:
Strong interest in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical operations. Willingness to learn technical processes and follow step-by-step procedures. High attention to detail and a strong sense of safety awareness. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided). QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility. High School (High school diploma) or
GED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
