Job Description

C/A Design is an Innovator and leader in the Brazing industry providing custom engineered cooling solutions while leveraging decades of cutting edge, industry leading, brazing experience. Our customers rely on us to deliver the complex parts they create. Protecting the Warfighter is our mission. Our new state of the art Exeter location is now open and raising the bar in precision manufacturing - come and join us! The Precision Assembler and Brazer will be responsible for the assembly, straightening and dip brazing of aluminum chassis for the Aerospace and Defense industries. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mind set. This role reports directly to the Dip Braze Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strive towards a culture of proactive safety. Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools. Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening. Chemical cleaning of components. Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED). Ability to read mechanical symbols and prints. Great manual dexterity and attention to detail. Previous manufacturing experience required. Dip braze experience a plus. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
