. Adecco Staffing is currently hiring Optical Assemblers for full-time, contract-to-hire roles in the Finishing Department of a well-established manufacturer in Keene, NH. In this position, you'll be assembling high-precision electro/mechanical systems in a clean, detail-focused environment.   • What You'll Do:
  • Perform assembly of electro/mechanical systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
  • Build wiring harnesses and install precision parts based on technical schematics
  • Use various measuring instruments and inspection gauges to ensure accuracy
  • Complete detailed, hands-on assembly tasks with consistency and care
  • Follow safety and quality standards while meeting production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • What We're Looking For:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and specifications
  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs on a regular basis

Pay Details:
