Production Assembler - Tip (N) Tell | 1st Shift Milton, NH |
Full-Time Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour Do you enjoy hands-on work where attention to detail matters? Index Packaging is looking for a Production Assembler to join our Tip (N) Tell manufacturing team in Milton, NH. In this role, you'll work with small components to assemble, inspect, and package specialty products while helping ensure they meet our quality standards. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train dependable people who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do:
Assemble products using small components according to work instructions and specifications. Inspect products throughout the assembly process for quality and accuracy. Rotate between different assembly stations and tasks. Count and verify product quantities. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Operate designated assembly equipment and production tools. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with your team to meet production and quality goals. You May Be a

Strong attention to detail and product quality. Comfortable working with small parts and components. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn multiple assembly stations and processes. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable performing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Regular lifting up to 10 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
