Index Packaging is looking for a Production Assembler to join our 1st Shift Woodshop team in Milton, NH. You'll build custom wood crates, boxes, and pallets used to protect customer products during shipping and transport. Previous woodshop experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train dependable people who are comfortable using tools, doing physical work, and learning new skills.

What You'll Do:

Build custom wood crates, boxes, and pallets to customer specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic nail guns safely. Read tape measures and basic job specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Strap, bundle, and prepare finished products for shipment. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work independently and as part of a production team. You May Be a

What We're Looking For:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Comfortable using or learning to use hand and power tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Commitment to working safely and producing quality work. Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move throughout the shift. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and team lift heavier materials. Must be at least 18 years old due to the manufacturing environment and equipment used. Why Join Index Packaging?
