8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Overview Our client is seeking a skilled, dependable Fabricator to join their New Jersey team. This is a hands-on role fabricating custom rugs, supporting daily production operations, and maintaining our client's standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Fabricate rugs in the shop according to STARK standards Log completed tasks with accurate timestamps Use STARK-provided tools and machinery safely Participate in daily meetings, collaborate with fabrication and warehouse teams Occasionally assist with deliveries, onsite installation support Requirements 1-3 years of carpet installation, rug fabrication, or related flooring experience Strong attention to detail Must be able to commute to the NJ Warehouse daily Dependable, punctual, able to work efficiently in a production environment
