$18.50/hr We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility located in Haddon Heights, NJ. We are a premier manufacturer of smell and taste testing products. Responsibilities Hand assemble test kits according to customer orders (paper test booklets, applying scratch & sniff labels, taste test strips, smell wands) Perform quality control of odors Package orders Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet ISO standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line processes. Operate printing and stamping machinery (training will be provided) Requirements Must have a normal sense of smell for quality control purposes. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must have good Hand/Eye coordination Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Background Screening Drug Testing Education High School graduate or GED
