Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Day shifts) Position Summary Contractors Supply Group is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support specialist to join our team in Haddon Heights, NJ . In this role, you will be the face of our company on the road, delivering essential construction materials safely and efficiently to local contractors and active jobsites. When you are not executing deliveries, you will work together with our warehouse team to manage inventory and collaborate with our sales staff to ensure client orders are accurate and ready for pickup or transport. Core Responsibilities & Essential Functions Driving & Jobsite Deliveries Safely operate company delivery vehicles (e.g., box trucks, flatbeds, or transit vans) throughout Haddon Heights and surrounding regional territories, strictly obeying traffic laws. Load, secure, transport, and unload heavy construction supplies and tools to customer jobsites, using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment. Verify delivery manifests, acquire proof of delivery signatures, and professionally resolve or report on-site discrepancies. Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately. Warehouse Support & Inventory Control Receive inbound freight, verify packing slips, check for product damage, and stock inventory neatly in designated warehouse zones. Pull, stage, and pack customer orders precisely based on pick sheets generated by the sales team. Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Sales Collaboration & Customer Service Communicate closely with counterparts on delivery timelines, stock levels, or on-site customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements Must-Have Requirements:

License & Records:

Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy building supplies (up to 50-75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.

Health Compliance:

Must possess or be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical medical card.

Experience:

Proven experience navigating local routes, commercial areas, and complex construction sites. Nice-to-Have Requirements Forklift certification or prior experience operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.). Prior experience working in the building materials, industrial supply, or hardware industry. Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between contractors, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
