Job Title:

Entry-Level Assembler Job Summary The Entry-Level Assembler is responsible for assembling components and products in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn and develop hands-on skills. The role involves following instructions, using basic tools, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced production environment Meet daily production and quality goals Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Assist with packaging or labeling products as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications No prior experience required - willing to train Ability to follow directions and learn new skills Strong attention to detail and quality Basic communication skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Waldwick, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
