6-month contract to hire roleResponsibilities :
- Negotiate contracts and ensure provider contracts are configured timely and accurately.
- Manage indirect procurement activities and project-based programs for new and existing contracts, including amendments, renewals, and/or negotiated acquisitions.
- Manage some of the post-award contract activities.
- Initiate the onboarding contract process in the system
- Detail oriented to ensure all data was captured correctly
- Review and highlight business terms in the contracts with the procurement team members
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience in the Indirect Procurement field
- Experience with contracts & negotiations as well as stakeholder management
- Experience in the use of ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA and Ironclad preferred) Nice to
Haves:
- Industrial manufacturing and/or Business Management experience preferred Day to

Insight Global is seeking an Indirect Procurement Associate who is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing procurement activities, ensuring low total cost of ownership and high-quality procurement of related goods and services needed to meet the needs of the client. The candidate will report to the Indirect Procurement Sr. Manager and will be responsible for commercial and service criteria and contracts in alignment with corporate policies and procedures, which ensure competitive pricing and overall total cost of ownership, and fully protect the company against missed deliveries, shortages, and outages, poor material quality.
