Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated Production Line Employees for our Santa Fe manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in producing our natural body care products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production line equipment (filling, labeling, capping, packing). Perform tasks like filling containers, applying labels, capping, and packing finished goods. Conduct visual quality checks and remove defective items. Maintain a clean work area following GMP and safety standards. Accurately complete production records. Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals. Assist with line setup and minor adjustments.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience preferred (training provided). Ability to follow instructions and strong attention to detail. Good manual dexterity; ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of safety procedures. Team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Ability to lift/carry up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with moderate noise; PPE required.
